The Cameron Community Health Center serves the citizens of Cameron in several capacities. It provides local doctoring for those who can travel and home visiting for those who need greater assistance. The facility is medically staffed by Richard Irvin, DO, two RN's, and a lab tech.

The Cameron Fitness Center, adjacent to Cameron Community Health Center, was built and opened in December 1995. Physical therapy services through Reynolds Memorial Hospital were added in 1998.

Located behind Cameron Community Health Center is Cameron Continuous Care Center, a sixty-two bed nursing home facility which is served by the clinic physician. Patients from either facility needing hospitalization are generally referred to Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, about twenty-five miles away.
