RE:                 Merger of Cabwaylingo and Western Counties Consortia

 

            We have met and propose the following steps in an effort to merge our two consortia by July 1

* Note:  It should be noted that both consortia currently participate with SW AHEC in all counties currently eligible for AHEC programming.

 

 

This plan will allow us to meet the requested reduction in budgets and provide cost savings while continuing to expand programming.  We estimate a 10% -15% savings depending on how the programs develop.  Those savings will be found in the reduction of a secretary, reduce to one On-Site Clinical Director and the combination of IDS/IDE sessions.
