INSTRUCTIONS TO BUCKHANNON AND ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL

From I-79
Take Exit 99 from I-79, and go East on Route 33 (Corridor H). Travel approximately 12 miles. Take the Main Street Exit from Route 33 into Buckhannon. Turn right from the exit ramp onto Old Route 33 (Main Street). Travel approximately 1 mile. Turn right immediately past St. Joseph's Physician's Office Center onto Amalia Drive. Follow the drive uphill and head left to our visitor and patient parking areas.

Heading West on Route 33 (from Elkins)
Take the Downtown Exit to Route 20. Turn left from the exit ramp onto Route 20 South. Travel approximately 1 mile to the intersection at the beautiful Upshur County Courthouse. Turn right onto West Main Street, then travel a short distance to St. Joseph's Physician's Office Center at the end of Main Street. Amalia Drive is to the left of the Physician's Office Center. Take Amalia Drive uphill and head left to our visitor and patient parking areas.

Heading South on Route 20 (from Clarksburg)
Follow Route 20 into Buckhannon. At the intersection of Route 20 and Main Street (the beautiful Upshur County Courthouse is visible to your left), turn right onto West Main Street, then travel a short distance to St. Josephíss Physicianíss Office Center at the end of Main Street. Amalia Drive is to the left of the Physicianíss Office Center. Take Amalia Drive uphill and head left to our visitor and patient parking areas.

BUCKHANNON RHEP STUDENT HOUSING
If you are staying in RHEP student housing at St. Joseph's Hospital, and will be arriving after regular business hours, we will leave a key to the house in your name at the hospital main lobby information desk. (Most students arrive on a Sunday evening.) The directions to the house are as follows:
The Buckhannon house for RHEP students is located on Shawnee Drive, about 1 mile south of Buckhannon. From the hospital, go to the Courthouse stoplight (intersection of Main Street and Route 20). Turn right onto Route 20 south. Stay on Route 20 until you get to the 3rd stoplight (counting the one at the courthouse). Turn right at Papa John's, onto Reger Avenue. Go almost to the end of Reger Avenue, turn left onto Shawnee Drive. After you pass Carol Street you will come to a stop sign where you will take a sharp right. You are still on Shawnee Drive. The house, number 36, is on the right hand side of the street. It is a white house with tall columns in the front and a circle driveway. Parking is available at one end of the driveway and an area opposite the house. Please do not block private driveways.
