The Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center provides care to all ages and offers preventive and acute care. The Center is a Critical Access hospital which incorporates a primary care clinic. They offer emergency services and a school based health center. MHHCC has an 18 bed nursing home, Physical Therapy, Fitness Center and daycare facilities. MHHCC has three full time physicians and two PAs.

The Pennsboro Medical Center is located in Ritchie County. It provides primary health care to a wide range of patients.

Sistersville General Hospital is a Critical Access hospital in Tyler County with various primary care. The hospital also has a home health program and an extended care facility.

J&B Drug Store located in Grantsville (Calhoun County) is owned and operated by Dick Jarvis.

Prunty's Pharmacy located in Middlebourne (Tyler County) provides many community sevice opportunities as well as retail pharmacy.

Mark Spiker, DDS Pennsboro (Ritchie County)has an office located in Pennsboro. He offers 4 operatories a small lab and sit down dentistry. He has primarly Adec equipment. He has 1 assistant and 2 part-time hygienists.
