The Board meeting was canceled due to the weather. Board members were mailed a voting sheet with two issues requiring a vote.

AGENDA ITEM: TRAVEL REQUESTS

DISCUSSION: The Board reviewed the following three requests for the February 16th Legislative Day and February 17th Covey Leadership Training : Dr. Rosemarie Cannarella's request for $1, 239.40, Lisa Hileman's request for $320.24, and Gaye Mitchell's request for $503.84.

ACTION: The travel requests for Dr. Cannarella (11 Yes, 1 No), Mrs. Hileman (12 Yes), and Mrs. Mitchell's (11 Yes, 1 abstention) were approved.

FOLLOW-UP: An update on Legislative Day activities will be provided at the next meeting.

AGENDA ITEM: MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS

DISCUSSION: The Board reviewed membership applications for MeadWestvaco Family Medical Center and Stewart, Barr & Thorne, DDS.

ACTION: The membership applications for MeadWestvaco Family Medicine Center (12 Yes) and Stewart, Barr & Thorne, DDS (11 Yes, 1 No) were approved.
