Make sure the file is saved as an HTML file and named with the scheme yyyy-mm.htm (e.g., 2002-01.htm for the minutes of the January 2002 meeting).  Select the appropriate committee from the drop-down list and enter the path and filename of the file on your PC that you would like to upload (or click on the [Browse] button to browse and find the file.  Click on the [Upload] button to start the upload process.  (Note that no progress indicator will be displayed as the file is uploaded.)
