The committee reviewed the Visions Working Document and added partners who are to report on the different recommendations.  This document will be posted to the website for easy referral once the changes have been made.
It was decided that the recommendations of this committee would be presented to the Advisory Panel at their meeting this afternoon for approval.  Dr. Bors will then develop a memo to go to all the committee chairs, asking them to discuss the recommendations they are to report on at the July meeting.  Committees should send in their comments by the end of August and these will be discussed at the COCC September meeting.  Committees will be asked to comment on the following:
1. How their committee has addressed or plans to address the objective between now and 2003; both board and specific goals/plans.
2. Any suggestions/feedback for the COCC regarding this process.
The role of the COCC will be to document outcomes and facilitate the eventual dialogue.

Pilot Site Directives – Patti and Shannon discussed that they have met to put together a template for other RHEP sites and will be meeting today to further develop a timeline for the HP 2010 Pilot sites.  Also being discussed is the means of evaluation of the project, an assessment of the extra time involved for site coordinators and how this will benefit students.  Patti asked about the role of the non-pilot sites in HP2010, and that she felt it was important that they not delay using this piece once it is added to TRACKER.  It was discussed that all consortia will be using the HP2010 piece as part of their monthly report after July 1.  The pilot sites are working to further develop this through relationships with their public health person, health promotion specialist and how to developing existing community service projects into something applicable to HP2010.
