New Business

  • TRACKER Issue

Who and what on TRACKER? Mike reported that the new monthly report was a 1 shot deal from start to finish. He is still not through with TRACKER and can update TRACKER daily, modifying community service and research. They can add and update new students. It doesn’t have the same limitations as Quarto Pro. If there is an error you can correct it and update information after you submit it and then restart report again. If you can’t delete you can call Mike for help. TRACKER issues should be brought up here or to another committee or talk to Mike, depending on the nature of the issues. Policy is some of issues, he will refer to Hilda or school committee. If training is needed WVU can contact Mark.

Robert suggested a training manual to explain - If an error is made" here is what you do". Help sheet- documentation of what we need to do.

Self guarded power point or self guarded manual.

LRC needs to take leadership on TRACKER. Mike to take initiative on this.
