¨      Decision regarding decision-making process of this sub-committee

 

¨      Discussion and prioritization of “principles of allocation” as determined at meeting on July 16th, 2001

¨      Define fixed vs. variable costs by consortium

¨      What can be shared equally?

¨      What must be distributed according to need?

¨      Who do we pay?  How do we pay?

¨      What models work?  How can we generalize?  Look internally to learn.

¨      Consider short-term and long-term

¨      Build flexibility into planning

¨      Evaluate progress against long-term goal/vision

¨      Preserve independence of consortia/communities (few rules as possible)

¨      Define roles of community boards vs. RHEP partnership (see guidelines vs. rules)

 

¨      Discussion and decision regarding inclusion of other partners:  who, when, how and what value these partners bring to this decision

¨      Communicate and involve partners

¨      Use information you have (but don’t let the information use you)

¨      Consider means of drawing right partners into the right discussions:

¨      Who needs to be here?

¨      Respect

¨      Inclusion

¨      Positive Outcome

¨      Use existing/planned events to get people together
