Forms for Evaluation of Student Performance in Multidisciplinary Sessions Form submitted by David Elliott's Evaluation Sub-Committee (enclosed). Remarks: to be used for general student tracking, to be submitted only once. We could extend the scoring boxes. The form could be given to students at orientation to explain how they are held accountable. II. Team: The Next Generation Remarks: there are still problems with the university field faculty team. Academics do not attend Rural Health conferences. Academic faculty need to visit sites. The sense of TEAM in multidisciplinary sessions is still lacking. Schedules of students rotating through sites does not support TEAM. Page Two KGCC Minutes 7/26/94 III. RHI Site Coordinators Presented Concerns 1) What is the status of the continuity three months rotation? All schools, all disciplines must respond to Dr. Savory in writing. 2) Could the Curriculum Committee give a definition of what students are Kellogg students? All disciplines are to designate non-Kellogg students. Otherwise, student will be presumed to be Kellogg and will have to attend the multidisciplinary sessions. 3) What is being done about different disciplines not being represented at the sites? This is the process of being corrected. Each discipline is to submit their plan to Dr. Savory. 4) Site coordinators are not being notified when students come on site. It should be reported to Ray Joseph those students that are on site without site coordinator knowledge. IV. Research Curriculum Sarah Thach and Dan Doyle have outlined a great research text, Research proposals developed by Curriculum and Research discussed (enclosed). Need to carve out money for research from grant. To be continued at next meeting. V.
